Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Cre8 Studio and its integrations with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other supported platforms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cre8 Studio (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You also agree to comply with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of each platform you connect to the Service, including:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the policies of YouTube or other platforms, the platform policies will prevail for any use of their services.

2. Description of the Service

Cre8 Studio is an online video creation and automation tool that helps users create, schedule, and publish videos and related content to their own social media accounts. Core features may include:

Uploading and publishing videos to the user’s own YouTube channel.
Publishing content to Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, TikTok accounts, and other supported platforms.
Content automation tools such as templates, captions, thumbnails, and scheduling.
Optional analytics and performance summaries based on each platform’s allowed data.

The Service does not sell, rent, or resell YouTube or other platform data. Data is used only to provide the features explicitly requested by the user.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Cre8 Studio account, including any login credentials.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Connecting Your YouTube and Other Accounts

To publish content, you may connect your YouTube channel and other social accounts using each provider’s official authentication flow (for example, Google OAuth 2.0).

We never ask for or store your Google, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok passwords.
We receive access tokens and, where necessary, refresh tokens from the provider to perform actions you have approved (for example, uploading a video to your channel).
You may revoke Cre8 Studio’s access at any time in your account settings on the relevant platform (for example, in your Google Account Permissions).

When you revoke access, we will stop using those tokens and will delete or anonymise them from our systems within a reasonable period, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Use of YouTube API Services and Platform Data

When you connect your YouTube channel, Cre8 Studio may access and use YouTube data only as permitted by you and by YouTube’s policies. Typical uses include:

Retrieving basic channel information to display in your dashboard.
Uploading videos, setting titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and privacy settings on your behalf.
Optionally reading performance metrics (such as views and watch time) to display reports to you.

We do not use YouTube data to build separate profiles on users, and we do not share or sell YouTube data to third parties for advertising or other independent purposes.

Any derived metrics or summaries we show you are for your own use within Cre8 Studio and are not sold as a separate analytics product.

6. User Content and Responsibility

You retain all rights in the content you upload or generate through the Service.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process and transmit your content solely to operate the Service and publish it to your chosen platforms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws and the policies of each platform (for example, copyright and community guidelines).
If a platform requests removal of content or suspends access due to policy violations, we may be required to remove or disable related features inside Cre8 Studio.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Scrape, export, or store large volumes of YouTube or other platform data outside what is necessary for normal use of the Service.
Sell or resell access to YouTube or other platform data obtained via the Service.
Manipulate metrics (for example, artificially inflating views, likes, or subscribers).
Upload spam, misleading, harmful, or illegal content.
Attempt to bypass or interfere with platform security or rate-limiting controls.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you are misusing the Service or causing us to violate any platform policy.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of Cre8 Studio may be offered on a paid subscription or usage-based model. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund information will be presented clearly at the point of purchase or in your account dashboard.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service relies on third-party platforms and APIs, including but not limited to YouTube, Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and others. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability or performance.

Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. It is your responsibility to review them.

10. Data Protection and Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

You have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
Your use causes risk or harm to us, to other users, or to any integrated platform.
We are required to do so by a platform provider (for example, YouTube) or by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may disconnect your social accounts through the Service or directly on each platform.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service or that every upload or integration will succeed on every attempt, as this depends in part on third-party platforms and network conditions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you use the Service for free, one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

14. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may update or modify the Service over time, including adding or removing features. Likewise, we may update these Terms when necessary.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, in-app or by email). Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
